Assistant Accounting Manager (JL/BJ) - HK$20 - 28K
Our client, a well-established Malaysian Banking group is looking for an Assistant Manager, Management Accounts.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree holder
• Min 5 years Management Accounting experience in BANKING industry which 3 years supervisory experience a MUST
• Very hands on and familiar with any banking products
• Report to team head and assist in supervising a team of 5-8 staff

Accounts Officer, Employee Benefits experience A MUST (JL/BJ) - HK$15K-20K
Our client, a well established telecom group is looking for an Accounts Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
• at least 4 years’ work experience in accounting – Employee Benefits or; candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Accounts Officer
• fluent Cantonese communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• able to handle English correspondence independently
• fast and accurate Chinese data-entry; good Putonghua is a plus
• ability and habit of logically organizing files and folders; familiar with Word, Excel, scanner, etc.
• mature, energetic, friendly, sensible, willing to work overtime, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• perform day-to-day tasks of general accounting, payroll processing, MPF calculation, leave register, etc. for over 400 staff in Hong Kong
• perform filing, data entry, business correspondence, internal control and ad hoc administrative assignments;
• provide documentation, office administration and maintain neat and tidy physical and Windows based filing system;
• provide administrative support for management and consulting staff (team of 5 members).

Assistant Finance Manager/Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Control & Reporting (JL/BJ)
Our client, a growing finance company based in China, is looking for the above captioned personnel.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Accounting or related subject and preferably member of a professional accountancy body.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with 1-2 years trained from a Big 4 audit firm
• Group consolidation experience is a must
• Experience in Oracle system is preferred
• Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with fluency in English and Chinese and conversational Putonghua
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with Hong Kong and PRC management
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered for senior financial analyst position

Accountant (Oracle Finance System A MUST)- HK$15 - 23K
Our client, a medium sized private equity/ venture capital group with projects in both, HK & PRC, is looking for an experienced Accountant.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a sizable company with over 100 staff
• Solid experience in full set book-keeping and group accounting
• Good PC knowledge and proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Experience in computerized accounting environment; familiar with Oracle financial system is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediately available

Responsibilities

• Report to Finance Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for:
• Provide full accounting services and support for the group companies (including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, receivable and payable function and month end closing)
• Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
• Assist in group implementation of Oracle financial system
• To perform ad-hoc assignments

Work location: Central (5 day week)
