Head of Investment Funds Processing (BJ/JL) - HK#38K
Our client, a very reputable and stable European bank, is looking for a Head of Investment Funds Processing for Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 – 8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of mutual / hedge / investment funds workflow and processing is a must
• Meticulous and a good team player
• Ability to write operating procedures and hands on experience in a new processing set up are essential
• Understand local regulation and market practices
• Performance fees and NAV calculations will be an added advantage
• Good leadership qualities with some managerial experience in leading a team
• Possess PC skills and speak Cantonese & English.

• Secondary education or above
• No minimum working experience is needed
• Require common sense and an average level of interpersonal skills

• Perform a variety of operations support & contract functions, primarily responsible for replay of recorded telephone conversations and hold mail account services
• Prepare regular reports and maintenance of the procedure manual for the department
• Provide support on scanning of client account documentation and transaction into GED
• Update of Official Receivers’ and other governmental offices list against the Bank’s record

• University graduate with minimum 1 year working experience, preferable in securities &/or derivative back- office operations
• Have hands on experience with background knowledge in derivatives product are highly preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well motivated and able to work under pressure and overtime

• Perform data input for derivative trades and processing of all derivative trades concluded by the branch
• Follow up with securities trade counterparts on provision of trade confirmation and unsettled trades
• Act as a marker role in processing trade input for derivative product and structured note and provide trade support function for Client Service Officer
• Perform data input for knock out events

• University degree and above
• Min. 1 -3 years SOLID experience in selling financial products in banking/ finance sector
• Good sales track record is preferred
• Aggressive, team spirited, good initiative

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business related subjects
• Minimum 5-years of Private Banking experience with a solid AUM
• Capable in handling high net-worth clients
• Acquire and grow the Private Bank clients through effective Relationship management
• Outstanding communications skills in written and spoken English & Mandarin

• Acquire and grow the high net worth bank clients base through effective relationship management proposals, meeting with prospects
• Develop long-term relationship with clients by providing professional services
• Professional advisory service of full range of banking products to help the customers in building an effective portfolio that meets their financial needs

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business related subjects
• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experiences is required international bank
• Familiar with banking products
• Team player, positive attitude with an interest in delivering good service quality to customer
• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Incumbent with less experience will be considered as Junior Position

• High ethical standards and professional attitudes in serving clients’ financial need
• Prefer a degree holder with over 5-7 years experience in Private Banking and/or wealth management
• Dynamics, strong leadership, analytical and strategic mind thinker
• HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8, CFA is an advantage

• To take charge of the high-income segment in the Private Banking market
• To develop and implement Private Banking Strategies
• To identify product suitability and strategies for the high net-worth customers
• Work closely with clients to analyze their financial needs
• Develop comprehensive strategies in their wealth management
