Credit Analyst - HK$20K
Our client, an International Bank, is looking for a Credite Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for credit underwriting, evaluation, monitoring and the processing of loan documentation.
• Margin position monitoring and reporting
• Carry out day-to-day risk monitoring, regular risk reporting, and follow up trading excess with various business units.
• Monitor credit quality and maintain updated credit files to ensure compliance with the prevailing policy, standards & guidelines of the bank and regulating authorities
• Handle other credit related projects

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years work experience in a global or mid-sized bank; preferably in the field of Corporate Banking/SME/Listed company Credits;
• Credit approval authority in previous job(s);
• Able to undertake on-going credit assessment and monitoring independently with strong product and market knowledge.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent working attitude, fast learner, resilient, team worker, flexible mindset, business oriented, stress resistant;
• Leadership potential

• Conduct credit analysis and review and prepare credit proposal write-up for counterparties
• Margin position monitoring and reporting
• Carry out day-to-day risk monitoring, regular risk reporting, and follow up trading excess with various business units
• Ensure risk exposures are managed within the approved limits and in accordance with firm’s policies
• Identify and report risk issues to management and recommend necessary action
• Perform risk analyses for credit committee and credit administration functions
• Perform on-going review and update to firm’s risk management policies and procedures
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives such as system enhancement and migration, new product set up and implementation, etc.

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years’ credit experience in brokerage environment
• Able to undertake on-going credit assessment and monitoring independently with strong product and market knowledge
• Mature, organized and detail-oriented with the excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong PC skills including Bloomberg, Excel (VBA), Access
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position

• Responsible for all LOMBARD credit applications from an assigned Market Area
• Responsible for credit underwriting, evaluation, monitoring and the processing of loan documentation

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years work experience in a global or mid-sized bank, preferably in the field of PB Credits
• Credit approval authority in previous job(s)
• Familiar with the North Asian market, good product knowledge (especially FX and Sec. Options Trading)
• Knowledge in corporate credit analysis, facility documentation and monitoring
• Proven communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent working attitude, fast learner, resilient, team worker, flexible mindset, business oriented, stress resistant
• Leadership potential

• University degree with AT LEAST 2 years Credit analysis experience.
• Responsible for preparing Credit proposal and risk analysis
• Good PC skills & Strong analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines.
