China Development Manager - HK$40K - 50K
This is a newly set up team in China. Development ranges from corporate, technical products, network and distribution, and marketing. This is an unique opportunity to join one of the largest Companies which has ambitious development plans for the China market. You will be part of a development team to help our future growth and success in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop general insurance and employee benefits businesses through designated distribution channels
• Assist in exploring alternative distribution channels and achieving budgeted sales targets in the agreed areas
• Implement business development plans eg Bancassurance, infrastructure set up etc
• Project manage business operation plans in other cities Good PC Skills

• University graduate, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
• Min. 5 years’ experience in general insurance industry, China experience is preferred
• Good command of Mandarin and English
• Willing to be stationed in Shanghai

• Lead a team to handle underwriting and client servicing of corporate customers via agents, local and international brokers
• Develop and monitor Commercial Lines business for designated agents and brokers
• Provide daily client servicing to local agents / brokers

• University graduate with professional insurance qualification preferably
• Minimum 8 years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience and at supervisory level
• Good leadership, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Assist in developing and monitoring cargo business from brokers and agents
• To support the sub-team leader in monitoring and develop cargo business
• Provide account servicing and underwriting on cargo business
• Provide timely quotations

• Form 7 graduate or above, with ANZIIF/ACII professional insurance qualification
• Min 7-10 years of cargo experience in insurance company
• Team player with outgoing personality
• Sales-oriented with strong desire to succeed
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills

• Assist in developing and monitoring Commercial Lines Business for brokers and agents
• Handle renewal business (including preparing claims statistics & UW information) within assigned authority/with guidance from supervisor
• Provide quality services / reliable servicing support for external / internal customer
• Build up client relationship / explore contact networks with intermediary
• Provide underwriting and prepare precise & concise instruction for policy documentation

• Diploma or above with professional insurance qualification
• 3-5 years' Commercial Lines insurance experience, cultivating business from international brokers
• Team player with outgoing personality
• Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Degree holder / qualified member of ICSA/ HKICS
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in full spectrum of company secretarial experience at legal firms or CPA firms.
• Well organized person, willing to work under pressure, and work independently
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese & Mandarin an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretary Assistant.

• Degree holder or equivalent / and or MBA an advantage
• Minimum 15 years experience in production manufacturing where 5 years at the Senior managerial role
• Solid experience in PRC factories management and able to implement systematic manufactory management
• Experience in exercising lean management, Six Sigma projects will be an advantage
• Proven success records in manufacturing performance in terms of efficiency, cost, quality and delivery
• Dynamic leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

• Degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration or related
• At least 10+ years relevant experience in a global/regional capacity gained with MNCs in an entrepreneurial environment and specialized in Management Training & Development
• Take global leadership role and provide strategic direction in the areas of people development, management and executive development and organization development
• Drive organizational change efforts to maximize employee potential and facilitate the adoption of positive organizational behaviors
• Only candidates with at least 8+ years of training experience in a multi-national corporation or a regional office will be considered
• A high level of motivation with enthusiasm, entrepreneurial drive and commitment
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, any third Asian language will be an advantage
• Candidates with a better background and more experience will be considered for a more senior position with a higher package

• Organization Development, HR Development & Management Development
• Develop global policy and guidelines on HRD and MD and ensure effective implementation
• Communicate with responsible person for Asia Pacific Region and Senior Management level
• Develop and launch advanced functions with HQ IT
• Develop and organize training programs, customize and develop program for Asia Pacific members/staff
• Training report, budget, e-learning, organization development program, innovation training centre, core-training program, etc

• An Undergraduate degree or above preferable major in finance or business related subject,
• At least 5 years experience in equipment finance field,
• Ability to bring in new business or at least HK$10M execution monthly and expand the portfolio and initiate team members to meet team sales and insurance budget,
• Good interpersonal, analytical & critical thinking skills,
• Outgoing and aggressive personality,
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Ability to supervise existing team, welcome to bring their own team.

• F.5 graduate or above
• At least 5 years experience in the garment industry and dealing with offshore factory experience
• Experience in handling woven casual wear and handling samples
• Able to handle production orders and correspondence with customers in HK or overseas independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Merchandiser
