Procurement Manager (Stationed in Dubai, UAE) [Ref. BJ]
Our client, an interior design company that specializes in doing interiors for big luxury resorts, yacht and VVIP villas and palaces is looking for a Procurement Manager for their Dubai, UAE operations.

Requirements

• University Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in interior design or building fit-out
• Exposure and very strong knowledge/experience with the Chinese Market
• Excellent English and Mandarin skills are required

• Telecommunications/Communications Engineer with good experience in the design and implementation of telecom subsystems in underground metro applications.
• The preferred required experience covers SDH and IP Backbone Networks, TETRA Radio Networks, WiFi networks, CCTV, Intrusion and Alarm Systems, Passenger Information Systems, Public Address Systems, Private Telephone Networks, Emergency Control Systems, Fibre Optic networks, Digital Voice and Video Recording and Time Distribution Systems.
• Knowledge of Network Management Systems and Operation Control Centres (including SCADA) would also be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of railways and metro environments, the relevant application standards and operational constraints.
• Due to the interfacing nature of this role, clear and professional technical communication would be highly appreciated. The capacity to carry out technical meetings with the Customer is a strong requirement for this role.
• The role would also include support the Civil Interface Manager and to the Project Manager for discussion and finalisation of any change proposals.
