Our client, a very reputable international firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong and the PRC are looking to further strengthen their position in the market by bringing in a lateral hire. Ideally, the suitable candidate will be Hong Kong admitted and have a solid background handling general corporate matters related but not limited to: M&As, IPOs, Private Equity, JVs, PRC Corporate, and Technology matters. They must carry a solid transportable book of business and have gained the stated experience while working within a reputable international law firm.
